Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Infallible Baking services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is required at the time of order placement. Custom orders require a 50% deposit.

Delivery and Pickup

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Customer is responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the order at the specified delivery time.

Cancellation Policy

Standard orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Custom cake orders require 48-72 hours notice for cancellation. Cancellation fees may apply.

Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to resolve any issues.

Limitation of Liability

Infallible Baking shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services.
